Ava Triptych

With my fancy new Canon 40D digital camera, I was finally able to get decent photos of the Ava Triptych! Yay! What a difference a good camera can make!
I had done a post earlier with the step-by-step to this painting, but I was never really happy with the final picture that I took of it.

Stunning paintings! The photograph is much better than the one you originally took. The step by step was great to follow.

thanks Kali, Susan and Peggi!! Yeah, I'm really just so happy to have a good photo of it now:) I'm in the process of taking new photos of a bunch of my paintings, now that i have my new camera, so I'm excited to get everything photographed properly! :)

Fabulous! I especially love the curious and thoughtful babe on the far right. I love it when artists correctly capture grown up expressions on babies. Not easy.

Also, is it possible to vote more than once for Ogrant, or would I have to do so from a different computer?

Hi Kristy,
Thanks for your comment and adding my link to your blog. I will do the same. You are so ridiculously talented....WOW! A true modern master. These are adorable, I'm in awe.

I have shown with you in the past at the Federation Gallery in Vancouver. Welcome to blogger. I will be visiting your blog often.

Hey Alvin! Yeah, I had noticed that we'd been in the FCA together too! I actually just shipped them a painting today for the Painting on the Edge! Anyway, it's always so cool to meet other artists that are in the same galleries as me! I'll be checking out your blog too:) ~K
